We rested and talked with our beloved Master on the summit of the mountain. The grasses and the first flowers were sprouting from the earth. A warm and fragrant summer wind was blowing. Flocks of birds flew high in the sky, and above them, white clouds floated on their way to some unknown place. We all listened to the song of life that was present in the stillness. After a time of silence, the conversation started up again.

The Master said:

"A man tells me, 'I pray.' In prayer - as well as in everything else - we need to act out of Love. She is our first Impulse. The second Impulse is towards Wisdom; the third - towards Freedom.

"Love is the collective Manifestation of all Intelligent Beings who have completed their evolution and have become One with God. If love is not the collective Manifestation of all Intelligent Beings, then it is not Love. Your love is their Love, and your joy is theirs as well. Conversely, their Love is yours, and their Joy is yours as well.

"God and all of the Divine World participate in Love. The quality of Love depends upon the number of Beings who take part in it. The greater the number of Beings who take part in your love, the higher the vibration your love will have. Love will then be uplifting, healing and helpful under all circumstances.

"Someone claims that he does not love. This is not completely correct. As long as he is like the wheat in the granary, his love cannot be demonstrated; but when he has been sown in the field and germinates, he can begin to love.

"A person's position is of no significance. Position is a transient thing. One person may be a poet; another an artist. Man or woman - all must love. To love means to give expression to God's Love. We must come to know the person apart from his profession or role as mother, father, physician and so on: we must come to know each person as the manifestation of his soul."
