During a morning walk, the Master said:

"When every person has attained fulfillment, we will all attain fulfillment. Until all have fulfillment, none will have fulfillment. All search for personal fulfillment, but herein lies the misunderstanding. If the entire world is suffering, and only one experiences fulfillment -1 ask: does life have significance? The issue concerns whether or not the one who searches for personal fulfillment will find it. In other words, man finds fulfillment not by searching for it, but by being sought after.

"Seek not fulfillment in the present conditions. Everyone today searches for fulfillment outside of God. Herein lies their error. Do not search for fulfillment in another person: seek it within the Divine. A fundamental bond exists between your soul and God. Re-establish this bond, and all will work for your good.

"Man today desires fulfillment in life, but he does not understand its Laws.

"Fulfillment includes the following elements: faith, intelligence, imagination, love and an understanding of natural laws: those of solid, liquid and gaseous matter; as well as those of light, electricity and magnetism.

"Happiness is not the only way for man to resolve his tasks in life. Animals are capable of having a good life as well; they can be happy without ever having resolved the tasks of their lives.

"Do not search for fulfillment in the material, but seek for it in Bliss Eternal. I speak of the great process of evolution. Man did not come to earth for the purpose of achieving happiness, but to learn from it. Fulfillment cannot be attained on earth in its present stage of development. It is for the future. Man must build the conditions which are required for fulfillment to come in the future.

"Bliss Eternal exists in that place where Virtue dwells. Wherever Virtue dwells, there will we find fulfillment."
