V-4 PERMANENT AND TEMPORARY COMMITTEES

24.1. The Permanent and Temporary COMMITTEES are subsidiary organs, whose chairpersons and members are determined by decision of the General Meeting (GM), and whose activity is controlled and coordinated continuously by a Steering Committee (SC).

24.2. The permanent committees (PC) are elected for a period of 3 years.

24.3. The temporary committees (TC) stop their activity after they have fulfilled and reported on the work that has been assigned to them, because of which they are created.

25. PC and TC are obliged to:

25.2. inform the SC regularly about their activity;

25.3. submit an annual report to the GM for the work they have done.
