Methods of the White Brotherhood
The White Brotherhood’s methods for work are variable. All of them are steps in the path of the Disciple in the Great School of Life.
One part of the methods is well-known and generally accessible (or external methods). The other part of the methods is learned strictly individually by the Disciple in the course of the discipleship, through an inner way (inner methods). Of course, the limit between external and inner methods is conventional; there is a mutual penetration. The characteristic of the generally accessible methods, and for all methods of the WB in general is that:

the methods are subjected to the principles of Truth and Freedom;

the methods are subjected to the law of nature of optimal utilization of the energy (the efforts that are made);

the methods are harmless;

the methods are suitable for the physiological and spiritual state of the modern people;

the methods are not oriented to the achievement of quick effect, but to a gradual and sustainable growth that allows a continuous development of the human potential.
The generally accessible methods of the WB could be defined in the following main groups:
